Regulated Psychedelic Therapy for People in Need

Here’s what’s on the horizon as we prepare for the launch of the country’s first licensed and regulated psychedelic services programs in Oregon and Colorado.

Oregon

In 2020, Oregon voters approved the nation's first psilocybin therapy program. In 2023, that program launched, giving Oregonians suffering from depression, anxiety or addiction or approaching the end of their life access to a specific “breakthrough therapy” that has demonstrated to provide healing and hope.

Colorado

Passed by voters in 2022 as Proposition 122, the Natural Medicine Health Act will give Coloradans access to supervised psychedelic-assisted therapy at licensed healing centers and under the guidance of trained, licensed facilitators.

The Healing Advocacy Fund

Healing Advocacy Fund is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We expand and protect safe, affordable state-regulated access to psychedelic healing for all who need it.

Backed by science. Strictly regulated.

Pioneering research at leading universities shows that psychedelics such as psilocybin can help those suffering from depression, anxiety and addiction. Oregon and Colorado’s carefully crafted programs, supported by medical experts, veterans and people from diverse communities are bringing healing to people who need it.
