About
Healing Advocacy Fund
Our Story
In 2020, Oregon voters passed ballot measure 109. This first in the nation measure established a robust regulatory framework for state-regulated psilocybin therapy to be administered by the Oregon Health Authority, the state agency responsible for psilocybin services. Following the passage of measure 109, advocates and experts who worked on the electoral campaign came together to create an organization that would ensure the will of Oregon voters was followed as state regulators worked to create and implement a psilocybin therapy program in Oregon. That organization was Healing Advocacy Fund (HAF).
Since its inception, HAF has stayed true to it’s original purpose and works diligently to support and uplift Oregon’s first-in-the-nation program for psilocybin services. We have also expanded our work, creating networks of support in other states that have adopted a state-regulated model for psychedelic healing - including Colorado and New Mexico.
Healing Advocacy Fund is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We protect and expand safe, affordable state-regulated access to psychedelic healing for all who need it.
Meet the people behind the work.
