Oregon Psilocybin Program Survey

Dear Friends,

We are committed to engaging the community as the state develops the Oregon Psilocybin Services program, which is on track to launch next year in 2023.

As such we want you to be aware of a survey available so your voice is heard as Oregon develops the country’s first psilocybin therapy program.

The Oregon Health Authority in coalition with the Psilocybin Advisory Board recently launched a Community Interest Survey to gauge interest from people who may benefit from psilocybin services and/or may be interested in licensing such as manufacturing, facilitator, service center, and or testing lab.

The results from this survey will help inform the state’s rule making process throughout this year.

If you are interested in accessing psilocybin services or applying for a future license as authorized under Measure 109, please take a moment to participate in this anonymous survey.

As the Psilocybin Advisory Board, the Oregon Health Authority and other stakeholders continue to work to create the country's first ever psilocybin services program, it is essential that we start to understand and assess the needs of those who are most likely to participate in the program itself.

Please feel free to forward this email to friends, family members, and colleagues that you think would be interested in participating in this survey.

Sincerely,

Sam Chapman
