The first set of adopted rules were approved in May and are available here.

Three Rules Advisory Committees convened by the Oregon Health Authority will review the second set of draft rules in meetings open to the public, after these meetings, the public will be able to comment on them starting November 1. We will also be reviewing the draft rules closely over the next few weeks and will have a more in depth analysis available in a future newsletter.
