Notice of Public Meeting: March 12, 2026
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), in collaboration with the Healing Advocacy Fund (HAF) and the Psychedelic Safety Institute (PSI), is hosting a stakeholder engagement session focused on establishing a de-identified natural medicine data-collection system, authorized by SB 25-297 (passed April 2024). The system will track real-world outcomes for natural medicine clients over a five-year pilot period through September 2030.
This session will convene data platform providers to discuss user experience, technical compliance, and implementation considerations that will support CDPHE’s data collection forms.
